100 Vietnamese Foods to Try

Wandering Chopsticks made a great list of "100 Vietnamese Foods to Try". (You should check out her post because she has links for each of the items in case you don't know what it is.)

The rules are:
Copy and paste this list to your blog.
Bold the foods you've eaten.
Leave alone the foods you haven't eaten.
Strike through the foods you don't ever intend to eat.

I have eaten 91 out of the 100, although I think I was kind of liberal about what I have eaten – I do like being liberal about most things… I did not strike anything out through because I believe in “never say never”, but I’m not sure I ever want to eat field rats (#52) or duck blood pudding (#94)!

Since I am just getting started with my blog, I am going to take advantage of Wandering Chopsticks’ hard work and use the list as a reference. Now I have a list to work off of for things I need to learn to cook with my mom! I’ll try to remember to link back what I’ve worked on.
