Stir Fried Lobster with Ginger and Green Onion

I hope my readers are not sick of lobster recipes because here's one last one. If you've ever read my posts on Chinese restaurants, you'll notice that my family likes to order lobster. My favourite way to have lobster is stir fried with ginger and onion. When lobster is at a really good price, as on this occasion, my mom will indulge and stir fry lobster, Chinese style.
